Hoover Fence Company's ready-to-install prefabricated and prehung panic bar gates make quick work of installing pedestrian gates requiring free egress - controlled entry. Gate kit assemblies arrive completely fabricated. Simply dig two fence post holes and cement posts in place with posts plumb, or mount to concrete surface with posts plumb.

PreFabriciated panic bar kits allow for free exit in an emergency simply by pushing on panic bar which releases the gate latch for free egress. Installed lock box allows for controlled entry with a provided keys.

PreFabricated gates are approximately 7' high to allow convenient walk-thru by pedestrians and are approximately 4' wide. Standard Kits are designed for in-ground installations allowing for post lengths sufficient to concrete into the ground. Pad mount kits are available as an option allowing these prefabricated panic bar kits to install on concrete surfaces.

Gates come with a welded brace under gate to help prevent shipping damages. This brace may be left in place, buried below the ground (recommended), or cut off to prevent gate path obstruction.

Note: Prehung gates include no panic gate hardware. These are designed simply as access gates. These are easy to install into existing fence lines and take the trouble out of ordering custom sized gates to fit certain gate openings. Prehung gates also allow for quicker and easier new installations of chain link fences with walk gates.
